which invention is the most useful ?
I think that the floating toilet is the most useful invention because it helps reduce the chance of spreading diseases by preventing human waste from having direct contact with the flood water. If the flood water is contaminated, the bacteria can reproduce very fast because the water isn't moving and if there's a lot of bacteria many people will start to get sick because too much bacteria can overwhelm their immune system.

Hi there Nic, the floating toilet is indeed a worthy invention. Your post does a great job of explaining some of the science behind its importance. Have you seen one or used one in real life? I saw one in Nonthaburi and was pretty impressed, though it probably would be very weird to use one. I would think it is a little like being on a small, wobbly boat. Thanks for your post!
